These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Renee Elena’s Website.
You must be 18 or over to participate in a reading or healing.
If you are not over 18 a verifiable parent or guardian must be present during the reading or healing and if necessary provide written consent.
Psychic tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only.
Energy & Spiritual Healing is not meant to replace conventional medicine but rather to complement it. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice immediately.
Client hereby releases Renee Elena and ZuniRose, LLC from any liability as a result of the services received by them. Client understands that at no point should they stop taking prescribed medication or change the dosage without my primary care physicians recommendation or approval. Client also declares to have medical clearance from their respective medical doctors, to seek Energy & Spiritual Healing as a complimentary form of alternative treatment to my conventional medical treatment.
Arriving/calling/Video calling late for a session results in a rescheduled appointment.
Clients are responsible for calling to cancel or reschedule their appointment no later than 24 hours before the session. Failing to do so will result in a forfeiture of your appointment and payment. No refunds.
Client agrees to be ready for their appointment with no distractions and that they will not take phone calls during a session or healing. If the session is broken by client, the session will be terminated. If there is a legitimate emergency during the session, the appointment will be rescheduled for the remaining time.
All services and products are non-refundable, all sales are final at time of purchase.
